These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of thepetitestandard.co (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by The Petite Standard, a brand of Floe System LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.
Products, pricing, and availability
Some products are offered as pre-orders, which means you place your order before the item is in stock. Prices are shown on the Site in US dollars. When you pre-order, we do not charge you at checkout. We email you when your order is on its way and charge you at that point, and you may cancel at no cost at any time before it ships. We may change our products, prices, and availability at any time. We work to keep product descriptions, colors, and pricing accurate, though we do not warrant that every detail is error-free. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We do not offer any subscription, so there is no recurring charge and no auto-renewal.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the product at the listed price. We accept payment through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full to your original payment method within one billing cycle.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only, at no charge to you. Shipping details, timing, and your right to cancel an order that cannot ship within the stated window are set out in our Shipping Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Returns and refunds
Our Return and Refund Policy, including the return window, condition requirements, and how refunds are issued, is set out on our Return and Refund Policy page and is part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Floe System LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or brand marks without our written permission.
Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review or other content, you keep ownership of it, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it in connection with our products and marketing. You are responsible for what you submit, and you agree it is truthful, is your own, and does not violate anyone's rights.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it to harm others.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties as to the Site itself, including any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms disclaims, limits, or waives any warranty, right, or remedy you have that cannot be disclaimed, limited, or waived under California law, including the implied warranty of merchantability under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and your rights under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Floe System LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under California law, including liability for fraud, willful injury, or a violation of law, and it does not limit or waive any right or remedy you have under the Consumers Legal Remedies Act or the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Floe System LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in this section limits any right you have to bring a claim in small claims court, or any right or remedy that cannot be waived under California law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
